Challenge: 

Our challenge revolved around crafting custom training solutions eLearning module  that embraced the company's distinct culture and effectively addressed  its unique situations. We sought to create an interactive learning  experience, allowing learners to actively engage with the content and  make informed decisions in the context of their workplace. 

Solution: 

Leveraging Storyline, Canva, PowerPoint, Vyond, Snagit, and Twine, we designed a module with three lessons, each featuring three embedded scenarios. These scenarios authentically represented real-life challenges within the company's culture.

We introduced bottleneck and mastery loops, allowing learners to revisit scenarios, make alternative choices, and receive further instruction. This interactive approach fostered deeper understanding and honed problem-solving skills. The result was a dynamic eLearning experience that equipped learners to confidently navigate similar scenarios within the workplace.

Challenge: 

As part of a blended learning solution, our  custom content development objective was to ensure  learners had essential foundational knowledge before attending the  in-person training sessions. The focus was on creating an engaging  eLearning component that would serve as a primer for the barrel racing  training. 

Solution: 

Taking on the roles of eLearning Developer and Instructional Designer,  we designed a dynamic and informative eLearning module to complement the  overall training program. Utilizing Storyline, Canva, Camtasia, and  Snagit, we crafted a comprehensive mini-course for barrel racing. Among  the 10 other modules, this eLearning component provided learners with  the basic knowledge required to fully participate and benefit from the  subsequent in-person sessions. Our engaging eLearning solution equipped  learners with vital information, ensuring they were well-prepared for  the hands-on training experience.

Challenge: 

As part of a blended learning solution, our goal was to ensure learners  had essential foundational knowledge before attending the in-person  training sessions. The focus was on creating an engaging eLearning  component that would serve as a primer for the barrel racing training. 

Solution: involved a powerful blended learning approach. By combining digital education with in-person training, we crafted a comprehensive learning experience that catered to all learners. The storyboard covered essential topics such as understanding penalties, mastering race times, exploring the 4 D race format, and gaining insight into barrel racing. 

Interactive eLearning modules empowered learners to develop a solid foundation in barrel racing concepts. Seamlessly transitioning from eLearning to hands-on training, learners were skillfully prepared to confidently take on the arena and embark on their journey to becoming skilled and accomplished barrel racers.

Challenge:  

 Our challenge was to develop a comprehensive project plan to assist a  potential client in tackling the issue of invasive species introduced to  waterways. The goal was to provide a high-level outline that outlined  effective strategies to mitigate the spread of invasive species,  preserving the health and biodiversity of the water ecosystems. 

Solution:

Create a systematic project plan using Word, focusing on researching  prevalent invasive species, understanding their impact on waterways, and  identifying potential entry points. Propose educational initiatives to  raise awareness among stakeholders and the public, promoting responsible  behavior to prevent further introduction of invasive species. Align  strategies with the client's conservation objectives to support their  mission in safeguarding the delicate balance of water ecosystems and  effectively curbing the spread of invasive species.

Challenge:

The challenge was to develop supplemental material for a Culture and Diversity eLearning project, enhancing learners' understanding of inclusive practices in corporate communication. We aimed to create visually engaging and informative content that would reinforce the importance of diversity in the workplace.

Solution: 

As the eLearning Developer and Instructional Designer, we crafted informative cards using Canva and PowerPoint. These cards served as quick references for learners, providing them with essential steps to create a more inclusive and welcoming environment for everyone. The visually appealing material complemented the interactive eLearning module, reinforcing the significance of culture and diversity in corporate communication. By providing learners with valuable resources, we aimed to promote a more inclusive work culture that aligned with the organization's values and fostered a greater sense of diversity and belonging among employees.

Challenge:

 The challenge was to enhance the Fire Safety Course by addressing staff  concerns regarding specific situations, such as fires in patient rooms,  dealing with COVID patients, or those on respirators. The goal was to  develop engaging and practical learning experiences to equip staff with  the necessary skills and confidence to handle these critical scenarios  effectively. 

Solution:

 To address the challenge, we devised an innovative solution that  encompassed multiple elements. First, we designed informative cards  using Canva, which staff could attach to their lanyards, providing quick  access to crucial protocols. Additionally, digital copies were  distributed through the email communication system for widespread  availability. Identifying the areas of staff struggle through a needs  analysis, we implemented interactive branching scenarios to simulate  real-life situations. These scenarios enabled learners to make decisions  and receive personalized feedback, enhancing their knowledge retention  and confidence in handling complex fire safety incidents. Furthermore,  we fostered collaboration among cross-departmental teams, encouraging  discussions on safety concerns and identifying additional areas for  comprehensive coverage. The result was an enriched Fire Safety Course  that empowered staff to respond adeptly to diverse fire safety  situations in the healthcare environment, fostering a culture of safety  and preparedness throughout the organization.
